Faces of Resilience - Honouring Courage and Hope

Faces of Resilience, a photography exhibition running throughout February at the Studio Gallery, celebrates the courage, hope, and enduring human spirit of Ukrainian women who sought refuge in the UK after fleeing the war. The exhibition offers a poignant insight into their stories of resilience amidst the ongoing humanitarian crisis.

February 2025 marks three years since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, a conflict that has deeply impacted millions of lives. Displacement and rising poverty rates have placed immense challenges on women and children, highlighting the urgent need for awareness and compassionate support for those affected.

Presented by Stephan De Quaire in collaboration with Community Works, Adur Ukraine Support Association, and Worthing 4 Refugees, this exhibition showcases the strength of the Ukrainian community in the Adur and Worthing area.
