Free Baby Massage Course in Worthing

Parents in Worthing are invited to attend a free four-week baby massage course, designed to teach the benefits of baby massage and how to practise it safely. This programme is perfect for parents with babies aged six weeks to pre-crawling.

Running every Friday from 10:00 to 11:30, the course begins on 17th January and concludes on 7th February. Sessions will be held at the Worthing East Family Hub, offering a welcoming space for parents to connect and learn.
