Appeal for Witnesses After Serious Assault in Worthing

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man in his 70s was seriously injured in an assault at the junction of Chapel Road and Liverpool Road in Worthing. The incident occurred on Thursday, May 23, around 10:30 am.

The victim sustained a serious injury and was transported to hospital, where he remains in care. Authorities are urging anyone who witnessed the assault or has dash cam footage or CCTV of the area around the time of the incident to come forward.
