Drugs, Cash, and Rolex Watch Seized in Worthing Arrests
Police in Worthing have seized drugs, cash, and a high-value Rolex watch following a vehicle stop and subsequent search on January 11. Four men have been arrested in connection with the investigation.
Officers from Sussex Police’s Specialist Enforcement Unit (SEU) were patrolling Tarring Road when they witnessed a suspected drug deal involving a Renault Twingo. The vehicle was stopped, and two men were arrested—one in the vehicle and the other nearby in Eton Road. Cannabis deal bags were confiscated during the arrests.
Further enquiries led officers to search a property in The Drive, Hove. Inside, they discovered a significant quantity of cannabis, a large amount of cash, and a Rolex watch valued at tens of thousands of pounds. Two additional suspects were arrested at the address.
A 32-year-old man from Littlehampton and a 33-year-old man of no fixed address were arrested on suspicion of being involved in the supply of cannabis. Two men from Hove, aged 29 and 30, were also arrested on suspicion of possessing cannabis with intent to supply. All four have been released on bail while investigations continue.
