Firefighters tackle blaze at Worthing dementia care home

Fire crews responded to an incident at a dementia care home in Worthing on Tuesday afternoon (March 26), prompting a significant emergency service presence.

Several fire engines were reported outside Avon House, a residential care facility on Shakespeare Road that provides support for older people with dementia.
