Goring Road Branch of HSBC to close for Refurbishment
HSBC’s Worthing Goring Road branch is set to temporarily close on Friday, September 6, as the site undergoes internal building work and a refurbishment.
The bank announced that the branch is expected to reopen on September 23. This follows the recent reopening of the Warwick Street branch after its own renovation.
The refurbishment at the Goring Road branch includes the installation of new, state-of-the-art cash machines, along with general upgrades such as new signage and painting. HSBC is aiming to enhance customer experience through these updates. The bank has been informing customers of the temporary closure for the past month, providing alternative service options.
During the closure, customers can continue to access banking services through the nearest Post Office or by using HSBC’s mobile and online banking, which are available 24/7. Additionally, nearby branches, including Warwick Street and Storrington, remain open to serve customers for digital and cash services, respectively.
