Highdown Gardens Unveils New Exhibition Space for Local Artists

Highdown Gallery has recently opened at the visitor centre of Highdown Gardens, near Goring on Littlehampton Road, providing a novel exhibition space for artists.

This initiative has been made possible through funding from Worthing Community Chest, aimed at fostering local community activities and the arts.

Worthing Borough Council has repurposed areas within the visitor centre into an exhibition hub, equipped with professional wall-hanging systems to display artworks allowing artists to showcase their pieces amidst a floral setting.

The inaugural exhibition at Highdown Gallery features the floral portraits of art photographer Steve Gallagher. Scheduled from May 14 to May 26, this event marks the beginning of a series of artistic showcases planned for the venue.
