Man Hospitalised in Littlehampton After Welfare Concerns

A man has been arrested on suspicion of supplying a Class A drug following the hospitalisation of a man in his 30s in Littlehampton.

The incident occurred on Friday, September 13, prompting an emergency response.

Police were called to River Road, Littlehampton, at around 4:45 pm after concerns were raised for the welfare of the man. He was taken to hospital where he remains under medical care. Sussex Police cordoned off the area as part of their investigation.

A 20-year-old man from Littlehampton was subsequently arrested on suspicion of supplying a Class A drug and remains in police custody. Investigations into the circumstances are ongoing.
