Man rescued from Sea Near Splash Point
A man has been rescued in a dramatic late-night Sea Operation near Splash Point.
In a coordinated late-night sea rescue operation emergency services including Coastguard, RNLI, police, and paramedics, successfully saved the man in distress in the water.
Shoreham RNLI, backed by Littlehampton coastguard teams and a helicopter, launched lifeboats to assist.

“Our inshore lifeboat launched on service, closely followed by the all-weather lifeboat, Shoreham and Littlehampton coastguard teams and coastguard Rescue 175 helicopter to reports of a man in the water dipping below the surface.
