Multiple Car Break-Ins Reported in Tarring

Several vehicles in Tarring were broken into late on Monday night, with car windows smashed and at least one wallet stolen. Doorbell camera footage captured an individual wearing a backpack at the scene.

The incidents took place from around 11:30 pm, with multiple car owners taking to social media after discovering damage and missing belongings the following morning. One victim reported that their stolen bank card was later used to purchase alcohol.

Police have been notified but have not yet provided a formal statement. Vehicle owners in the area are being urged to ensure their cars are securely locked to prevent further incidents.
