Playground Reopens After Safety Improvements on Worthing Seafront

Waterwise Playground, located on Worthing seafront, has fully reopened after extensive safety improvements and equipment upgrades. The popular children’s play area had been partially closed during the works but is now open for public use following a successful safety inspection.

The recent upgrades included the installation of a new spinning bowl, a see-saw, and the replacement of playground surfacing to enhance safety for users. Contractors completed the work swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to families visiting the seafront.

Worthing Borough Council expressed satisfaction with the completion of the project and thanked the community for their patience during the works. The improvements are part of ongoing efforts to maintain the playground as a safe and enjoyable space for local children.
