Police Investigate Vandalism of Community Bench in Angmering

Police are appealing for witnesses after a community art installation was vandalised in Angmering. The sculpted bench, located near Angmering Community Centre on Foxwood Avenue, was damaged on the afternoon of February 12.

Adur and Worthing Police issued a public appeal on Friday (March 7), asking for information from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or captured it on camera. The bench, described as a significant piece of community artwork, was reportedly targeted at around 4pm.

Officers have urged anyone with relevant information to come forward. Reports can be submitted online or via 101, quoting crime reference 47250027851.
