Princess Anne to Visit Shoreham and Amberley This Week
Princess Anne is set to visit Sussex this week, making stops in Shoreham, Amberley, and Chichester to highlight local businesses and heritage projects.
The Princess Royal will begin her engagements on December 5 at Amberley Museum in the South Downs, where she will view the Bagging Shed Project. This initiative focuses on the restoration and enhancement of a historic structure tied to the museum’s mill and lime kilns.
Later in the day, Princess Anne will visit the Shoreham’s Coastguard station on Old Fort Road, where the Princess, as Royal Patron of the National Coastguard Institution, will meet with staff and learn about their operations.
This royal tour marks the second high-profile visit to Sussex this year, following Queen Camilla’s appearance at the Charleston Festival in Firle in May.
