Shoreham Police Seek Man After Alleged Antisemitic Assault

Sussex Police are investigating an alleged antisemitic assault on a woman in Shoreham and have released an image of a man they wish to speak to.

The incident took place on East Street, near the junction with New Road, at approximately 1.25pm on 25 January. The victim, a local woman in her 50s, was left shaken by the attack.

Police described the man as around 6ft tall, of medium build, with stubble. He was wearing a dark coat, grey beanie-style hat, grey trousers, and sunglasses, and was carrying a backpack.

Officers have urged anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant CCTV, mobile phone, dashcam, or doorbell footage to Anyone to contact police online, quoting serial 731 of 25/01.
