South Downs National Park Reminds Dog Owners to Stay on Paths to Protect Wildlife

South Downs National Park has issued a reminder for visitors ahead of the bank holiday weekend, urging dog owners to stick to designated paths while exploring the downs.

The park authorities highlighted that many species are still in vulnerable stages, with nests, burrows, and habitats easily disturbed by off-path exploration, particularly by dogs.
