Stagecoach Announces Bus Service Changes for Worthing and Littlehampton

Stagecoach has confirmed changes to bus services in Worthing and Littlehampton, with new timetables set to take effect from April 6. The revisions follow a consultation period, with adjustments made in response to customer feedback.
The current 700 and Pulse services will be replaced by routes 11, 700, and 701, with increased frequency on key routes, particularly during evenings and weekends. A new 701 service will provide a direct link from Littlehampton to Worthing Hospital, operating every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 20 minutes on Sundays. Additionally, the 5 from Worthing to Durrington will run later into the evening, with last departures after 11pm on weekdays and 9pm on Sundays.
Stagecoach has introduced a new ticketing zone for Littlehampton, covering Lyminster, Wick, Rustington, Angmering, and East Preston. Customer information sessions will be held in Worthing on March 26 and in Littlehampton on April 1, allowing passengers to speak to staff before the changes take effect. Full details, including updated timetables and network maps, are available on the Stagecoach website.
