Sussex Police Implement Anti-Social Behaviour Crackdown in Worthing

Sussex Police have initiated a robust crackdown In response to escalating reports of anti-social behaviour in Worthing town centre.

Officers have been granted special powers to address and mitigate disruptive activities following numerous complaints from local residents and businesses about poor behaviour.

Section 34 dispersal orders enables Police to compel individuals exhibiting anti-social behaviour to vacate a specific area of the town and is effective until 4:30 PM on Thursday, May 2.

The incidents prompting this action are concentrated around Crescent Road, Park Road, and the A259.
