Volunteers from Local Property Firm Redecorate Red Balloon Centre in Worthing
Volunteers from Roffey Homes have given up their weekends to redecorate the Red Balloon Learning Centre in Worthing.
Employees from the local property firm painted classrooms and community areas at the school, using designs created by the students themselves.
Red Balloon Worthing supports students who have self-excluded from mainstream education due to anxiety, bullying, or other social and emotional challenges. The volunteers sourced paint and materials from local suppliers, transforming the Centre into a more calming space tailored to the needs of its learners.
Roffey Homes’ Managing Director, Ben Cheal, expressed pride in supporting the project, with the team completing the makeover over one weekend. Plans for further collaboration, including a larger project next year, are also in the works.
