Wadars Animal Rescue Appeals for Essential Cat and Rabbit Supplies

Wadars Animal Rescue has launched an urgent appeal for cat and rabbit supplies as part of their ongoing efforts to care for and rehome animals in need.

The charity, which has been operating since 1969, is seeking donations of specific items through an Amazon Wishlist, as well as direct contributions of food, litter, and toys at their donation point in Ferring, West Sussex.

The Wishlist includes essential cat food for nursing queens and kittens, as well as specialised urinary cat food for cats with health concerns. Additionally, the charity is in need of hay, bedding, and enrichment items for rabbits, who often face longer waiting times for rehoming. Wadars emphasises that every donation, no matter how small, significantly impacts the well-being of the animals in their care.

The charity relies heavily on public donations and legacies, with more than 90% of every pound received going directly towards their charitable activities.
