Woman Seriously Injured in Walberton Crash

A 75-year-old woman sustained serious injuries after being struck by a delivery van in Walberton, Arundel, on Tuesday afternoon.

The incident occurred on Church Lane, Walberton, just before 2.30pm and involved a Fiat Ducato delivery van driven by a 38-year-old man, who was unhurt. The woman was airlifted to hospital for treatment to her serious injuries.

Sussex Police have launched an appeal for witnesses to the collision. A spokesman urged anyone with information to email collision.appeal@sussex.pnn.police.uk or call 101, quoting Operation Op Longshore.
