A proposal has been submitted to convert a two-storey office block in Worthing into 29 residential flats.
The application is currently under review by Adur and Worthing Councils, with a decision expected by October 9.
Wicker Eagle Worthing Limited, the company behind the proposal, has put forward plans to transform Wicker House on the High Street into a mix of 28 one-bedroom flats and one two-bedroom flat. The proposed development includes open-plan kitchens, lounges, and dining areas in each flat. Additionally, the plan accommodates 30 parking spaces, ensuring one space per one-bedroom flat and two spaces for the two-bedroom flat, along with 15 cycle stands.
